Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Q. How can I check the status of my order?

A. To view the status of your order as well as order history, please visit the "My Account" page. Here, you can view the status of all orders, print receipts, and manage your account details and preferences. If you have not yet registered for a Janitor Supply Depot Account, please use the "Order Status" link at the bottom of our site. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification including shipment tracking numbers and live updates. Through this email, you can also opt in to text message updates for tracking updates.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. Our standard free ground shipping option generally arrives within 2-5 business days so long as there are no carrier delays outside of our control. You will be given the opportunity to upgrade your shipping methods for an upcharge if you require a faster delivery time.

Q. Do you ship to Canada and/or internationally?

A. We currently do not ship outside of the contiguous United States, also known as the lower 48 states.

Q. Will there be sales tax on my order? What if I’m tax-exempt?

A. Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders shipping to states with active sales tax rates, this is calculated based on the shipping zip code. If you are tax-exempt in the state you are shipping to, please email us with your tax exemption form and the applicable order number and we will adjust the charged sales tax amount accordingly. Your Membership Account will also be updated to reflect the correct taxability status and all future orders meeting the conditions of your tax exemption will automatically be processed as exempt at the time of ordering. Tax exemptions cannot be honored if you are shipping to a state other than the state that provided the exemption certificate, or if the certificate expiration has passed.
