Shipping

Orders received Monday-Friday before 2:30 PM EST are generally processed and shipped the same day and typically take an additional 2-5 business days to arrive via our standard free shipping. All weekend orders are processed and shipped first thing Monday morning. Please be advised that all shipping timeframes and anticipated delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as they are estimates provided by carriers.

Major and federal holidays, inclement weather, and unforeseen circumstances may postpone shipment from our facility until the next business day, or resolution of the circumstance.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification including shipment tracking numbers and live updates. Through this email, you can also opt in to text message updates for tracking updates.

Cancellation requests are only guaranteed to be honored 30 minutes after your order has been placed. If you have received shipping confirmation, we will do our best to honor your cancellation however, this may not be possible if the carrier has taken possession of the shipment.

*While we do offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.00, items that carry a hazmat designation, as regulated by the DOT, will be subject to an additional & non-refundable handling item per unit. If the order total is above $50.00, there will be no additional shipping charges for the hazmat items other than the specified hazmat handling fee.

Returns

• Consumable items are not eligible for return in effort to guarantee freshness, safety, and quality control for all of our valued customers.

• Hazmat items will be considered on a case by case basis and may not be authorized for return. If a return request is granted, the additional hazmat handling fee per unit is the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Orders received more than 30 days after the initial purchase are non-refundable, please contact us directly for further assistance in these instances.

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to receive a full refund.

• Open, damaged, and incomplete returns are subject to a variable restocking fee (minimum of 15%) unless it is determined by our inspection that the product was mis-shipped or defective from the manufacturer.

• Returns will be inspected and authorized for refund within 48 hours of receipt to our facility. Please allow another 24-48 business hours for this to reflect on your original payment method.

• Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

• We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. As an alternative solution, we are happy to set up a Return Authorization for the incorrect product within 30 days of purchase. You may place an order for the new product at any time.
